Internet Access—for Trafford library members

  • Free unlimited Wi-Fi .
  • Free 60 minutes per day access to a computer (unlimited further access can be purchased at 50p per extra 30 minutes).

 

Online Catalogue

  • Search our full catalogue of books, audiobooks, and DVDs, and make reservations.
  • Renew your books.
  • Download e-books for your e-reader, tablet, laptop, or mobile phone.

 

For Children

  • Storytime: Wednesdays, 2.15pm
  • Rhyme Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1.30pm, Fridays 11am
  • Three Chatterbooks Reading Groups: 1st Tuesday of month for 7             – 10 years and 10+, 1st Thursday of month for  7– 10 years
  • Free children’s talking book loan
  • Bookcrawl (stickers and certificates) for 0-4 years
  • DVDs
  • Baby Changing Facilities/breastfeeding welcome– private area available on request

For Adults

  • 4 Adult Reading Groups including ‘Crimetime’, our special crime fiction group – last Friday of the month: 2 – 3pm
  • Coffee Mornings
  • ‘Books on Prescription’ Collection – via your GP
  • Sewing and Knitting Group: Mondays 1.30 – 3.30pm
  • Crochet group – Wednesdays
  • Writer’s Group once a month—ask for details
  • Film Group—3rd Tuesday evening of month
  • One to One IT sessions—advice on laptops/smartphones/tablets
